Take a Culinary Class at the New York Wine & Culinary Center

In the heart of the Finger Lakes, the New York Wine & Culinary Center showcases all the best food, drink, and agricultural products that the state has to offer. So while you’re here, visit the Center for a diverse selection of activities and events. Get served a delicious meal prepared by the Center’s chefs in the Upstairs Bistro, browse kitchenware and culinary tools in the Culinary Boutique, or enjoy flights of New York wine, beer, and spirits in the Tasting Room.

You can visit the Upstairs Bistro of the Center for brunch, lunch, “lunner,” dinner, dessert, and cocktails. Visit the website to browse their menus for each meal, as well as a dessert and cocktails menu and list of wines available. Enjoy a lunch out on the patio with a beautiful outdoor lake view of Canandaigua Lake and order something from the “Patio Lunch” menu section. Try the FLX Burger, Finger Lakes Salad, or Herbed Chicken Salad for a tasty meal authentically made from the land of the Finger Lakes. The innovative menu by the Center’s culinary team uses locally-sourced ingredients as well as beer, wine, spirits, and specialty drinks from New York you won’t find anywhere else.

Try the Center’s Tasting Room to learn more about New York’s diverse grape varietals, wine-growing regions, and the state’s best brewers. Take in the relaxed atmosphere as you create a microbrew sampler pack or browse the shelves to pick out your favorite bottle of spirits.
