Get up close and personal with owls, falcons, and hawks, or take a hike through the 10,000-acre expanse of North American wetlands. Within the National Wildlife Refuge’s borders, you’ll find over 240 species of birds including the majestic bald eagle year-round at the six active nests. You can also enjoy a wildlife photography trip on the Wildlife Drive route and try to capture a picture of bald eagles from your car.
