Policies

Taxes: New York State sales tax equal 8% and applies to all guest stays and merchandise. In addition, a 3% county room tax applies to all stays.

Smoking: Per New York State Law, Yale Manor provides a non-smoking environment for the comfort of our guests. Smoking is not permitted on the campus of Yale Manor. Smoking will result in a $250 cleaning charge.

Check in: 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.

Check out: 11 a.m.

Rates: Price is based on Double Occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room. Rates are subject to change without Notice. A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and select holidays.

Deposit: A deposit of one night stay is required to hold your reservation. In exchange, we remove your unique room from all marketing and from our availability calendar.

Pets: Yale Manor is does not allow pets.  

Children: Regrettably, our facility is not equipped to accommodate children.

CANCELLATIONS
When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at the Yale Manor, we agree to turn away all other requests for the unit you select and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve. Because of our size, location and demand for our luxury rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within 24 hours will be refunded 100% of the deposit. Reservations canceled more than 10 days prior to your arrival date will be credited your deposit less a $50 processing fee. For cancellations less than 10 days from the arrival date, the collected deposit will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, you will be charged for the entire reservation. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay. We cannot be responsible for unused nights due to late or cancelled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps or for changes in plans which shorten your stay. Vacation Insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events. Changing dates within ten days of your reserved dates falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure.  

A special cancellation policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms for any given date. This policy extends the cancellation notification period from 10 days to 30 days and all above fees and conditions apply.
